Travel within Paris

Paris Metro (Métro in French, Subway or Underground in English) is the fastest way of getting around the city. The underground system has 14 interconnected lines serving 303 stations, and is also linked to the express train RER. In practice, your hotel will allways be close to metro station, and you will reach easily the conference venue. When booking an hotel, look carefully to metro lines connections to avoid too much changes of metro lines. During weekdays, metro and RER trains operate between 5.30 AM and 1.00 AM (be careful if there are works on the line, some metro stations being closed at earlier time).

Housing

We do not provide service for booking an hotel. Please book it using your travel agency or website services. The prices of the hotels close to the conference are more expensive than in other districts of Paris. You may find cheaper hotels elsewhere and come easily to the conference venue using subways (line 4, metro station "Saint-Germain des Prés"). Book your hotel well in advance to get a better price.
